When Willow brought Buffy back...The Watchers Council decided they needed their slayer around forever. They decided to cast a most dangerous spell...and it succeeded. Now Buffy, Dawn, Willow, Tara, Xander, Giles and Anya are all immortal. However, they don't know it yet...nor does Angel. In LA, Angel has just found out that his soul is permanent. He also heard a most disturbing rumor through the underworld grapevine. He's heard about Spike's obsession with Buffy and has decided that he's coming back to Sunnydale to reclaim his mate.
On the demon horizon, several things are trying to get to the slayer, some of which are right under her nose.
